ទី១.មុនបញ្ចេញយន្តហោះច្បាំងF-16 ត្រូវសុំការអនុញ្ញាតពីយោធាអាមេរិក។

ទី៣.ត្រូវប្រាកដថាប្រទេសជម្លោះគឺជាក្រុមភេរវករ និងក្រុមបះបោរ។

Thailand has used F-16 fighter jets purchased from the United States to attack military bases and personnel in the country.

The Thai army is invading Cambodia and has used all kinds of heavy weapons, especially F-16 fighter jets, dropping bombs on Cambodian military bases and innocent civilians. This is a complete violation of the US end-user agreements (EUAs).
because every order to buy weapons from the US always comes with specific conditions to protect human rights.

1. Before releasing the F-16 fighter jets, permission must be sought from the US military.
2. It is forbidden to use the F-16 for aggressive operations.
3. Make sure that the conflicting country is a terrorist group and a rebel group.
   If any country violates the EUA principles, the US will stop the sale of weapons and lead to sanctions.
